2nd PTNCE Conference

The Second Scientific Conference of Polish Society for Human and Evolution Studies (PTNCE) was held on 21-23 September 2015 at the Faculty of Biology of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. The conference was organised by PTNCE and Adam Mickiewicz University (AMU).

The Organising Committee was chaired by Dr habil. Katarzyna Kaszycka, Head of the Department of Human Evolutionary Ecology at AMU. The conference programme included 7 sessions with 30 talks and nearly 20 posters, which were presented to 70 participants and listeners, 15 out of whom were from abroad. The conference was concluded with a trip to Ostrów Lednicki, which took place on 24 September.

Plenary lectures were delivered by: W. Tecumseh Fitch, Anthony Little, Wojciech Makałowski and Brigitte Senut.
