Among the invited speakers you will find top evolutionary researchers. The first confirmed speaker is Prof. Virpi Lummaa – other plenary speakers will soon be announced on the conference webpage.
This year’s conference will take place in Katowice which is the European City of Science 2024 .
Katowice is the evolving heart of the Silesia region in Southern Poland. The Culture Zone, the monumental building of the National Symphony Orchestra of the Polish Radio, and the emblematic sport and entertainment hall „Spodek” (called that because of its shape of a flying saucer) are landmarks that make Katowice a well-known place in Poland and Europe.
A location at the heart of the metropolitan area makes Katowice easily accessible by plane (Katowice and Kraków-Balice airports), train, or car.
